Dr. Kardaras is available for comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments, which include a detailed treatment plan and recommendations for families and/or teens and young adults struggling with screen related issues (i.e. video gaming; social media, etc.), mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders and any other addiction issues.

The assessment also includes detailed lifestyle changes and supports that can help the person and family transition into a healthier and happier way of life.
